The situation

A neighborhood boxing community can be a place of real belonging and still be invisible to the people who would love it. Finding a gym, understanding what it offers and knowing how to join are small hurdles that can keep people out.

What I did

I helped the community create its website and worked on making its gyms easier to discover. The site's name, link and screenshots will appear here once the community approves them.

Decisions that shaped it

  1. One clear path: find, understand, join

The site's job is to make three steps obvious: find a gym, see what it offers, and contact someone. This is the intended path — it has not been measured.
